The Sweet Sap is a sort of basic restaurant that has American and Korean fusion-y food. The place is all right, but I think it is a much better place to visit during the Spring and Summer months because it has a large outdoor area. Unfortunately, I visited this place in the winter and so found it to be really basic.

I love The Cheesecake Factory. The score above represents how I feel about the quality/taste of the food relative to other places I’ve been eating at recently, but I still love The Cheesecake factory. It’s mainly because I never had it growing up. I visited my first Cheesecake Factory when I was a full on adult. While the food isn’t great, there are few things that taste like unabashed Americana. The food is mostly derivative. The ethnic items sound and taste like what an American would attempt to make if he knew nothing about that ethnicity’s food. The vast majority of items on the menu are either deep fried, frozen, or both. It’s just the perfect combination of scam and trash that perfectly encapsulates what America is all about. And I love it.

I came here for lunch one day. I ordered a cheese burger with fries and a coke, which all came out to a little over twelve dollars. Everything was good and I was surprised to see a double cheeseburger was the default size.
Everyone who works here was pretty nice.
Overall, an okay place to get fatty foods like buffalo wings, burgers and milkshakes. They got a bunch of other stuff too like cheese steaks and various stuff over fries. It was a bit pricey though. For these prices, I expect a Shake Shack quality burger, and this wasn’t quite that good. I probably wouldn’t come back and would instead opt for Cherry Valley if I wanted some food that was fatty and sinks to the bottom of your stomach.

I live in New York City and as such, I often eat at restaurants that are more exotic, ethnic, or trendy. Donovan’s is not that kind of restaurant. Donovan’s is the kind of slightly upscale restaurant you’d expect to find in Midwest America. The vast majority of the people who come here are middle-aged, white, and probably voted for Trump. The food was all right.

The Grey Dog is a chain of restaurants that primarily serve brunch. I came here for dinner.
I ordered the fish tacos which cost about sixteen dollars and came with either fries or a salad. The tacos were larger than the miniaturized tacos I was used to getting in Manhattan restaurants, but the food was still okay.
Overall, the place was pricey with average food. I’m not sure I’d recommend it. I didn’t have brunch here though so I can’t speak to that. They also have one or two vegan things that got my vegan friend’s stamp of approval.
