Despite the addition amber beer, this just tastes like your average dijon mustard. Which is interesting because it’s just plain mustard with beer in it. But dijon mustard mainly differs from regular mustard because they use white wine in dijon and they don’t in regular mustard. Maybe it’s the use of alcohol that adds that little extra bit of flavor. In any case, this was average and you can’t really taste the beer flavor at all.
