Restaurant Review: Dill and Parsley

Details: Official site is

Score: 7/10

Dill and Parsley is yet another fast casual restaurant that focuses on Medditeranean cuisine. That means hummus and yogurt sauce. It’s pretty much another Naya.

The setup up here is about the same as most fast casual places. For about ten to fifteen dollars, depending on what you order, you choose a protein, a base (like rice or salad), then you get some sides. What I like about this place is that you get to swap things for sides. So I forgone some other stuff and got four sides instead, which was pretty much four kinds of hummus/babaganoush. They don’t have a lot of options though for sides, but just a larger helping of their kale salad was satisfactory for me.

The space is satisfactory. The employees were all nice.

Overall, Dill and Parsley is a satisfactory fast casual place that can compete with all the other fast casual places in terms of price, taste and food quality.
